Townsville Recreational Boating Park

A recent shoot for DotDash - The Wayfinders. 

My mission - to capture the signage and "wayfinding" designed by DotDash from Brisbane. Their concept in part is based on International maritime signal and semaphore flags.

I always love a shoot that I can pick my times of day and make several visits to a project to capture the various moods and light. Of course this one was pretty easy to accomplish as the boating park is about 5 minutes drive from my home. There weren't as many boaties around as I was hoping for so I needed Amelia's help with her Mazda to provide the car tail lights in the carpark at just the right time.
